∙We are happy to accommodate early check in ano late check out if the schedule allows. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn.

PETS

We have a fee $100 for each Pet.

SMOKING/DRUGS/FIREWORK

∙Not allowed.

∙Firewood is not provided.

PESTS AND BUGS

∙We subscribe to monthly pest control

∙POCONOS is surrounded by water and vegetation. BUGS are smaller than door/window mesh. One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors/windows open and invite insects into the air-conditioned Interior otherwise they WILL enter.

SECURITY CAMERA

∙We have cameras outside.

∙There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas because that is creepy.
